User Data Deletion

You can ask Dr. Heal Pain Cure Hospital to delete the personal data we hold about you. This includes data from our website, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram ads and lead forms, and our call centre. This page explains how.
How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to customer@drheal.org with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your name, the mobile number you used with us, and where you contacted us (website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or phone).
- We may call or message that number once to confirm the request is really from you.
- We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email or WhatsApp.
You can also call us on 07969288086 and ask for your data to be deleted.
What we delete
- Your appointment requests from our website and ad forms (name, mobile number, chosen time).
- Your WhatsApp contact and message history with us, and your number on our messaging lists.
- Lead details received from Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Your number in our call-centre records. Call statistics without your details stay in our reports.
What we may have to keep
If you have visited the hospital, Indian medical and tax laws require us to keep medical and billing records for a set period. We keep only what the law requires, keep it securely, and do not use it for marketing.
Data held by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google
Deleting your data with us does not delete your own Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google account data. You can manage that in those apps' settings, for example Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or Off-Facebook activity.
