These terms apply when you use www.drheal.org, book an appointment, or buy from the Dr Heal Wellness Store (drheal.org/shop), run by Dr. Heal Pain Cure Hospital, Bengaluru ("Dr Heal", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products we sell

• The Wellness Store sells Ayurvedic, regenerative and wellness supplements. We do not sell prescription medicines through this website.
• Product information is for general wellness. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medicines or have a medical condition.
• Photos are for illustration; packaging may change.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We never see or store your card or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment is successful. If a payment is taken but the order cannot be confirmed, the amount is refunded in full.
• Discount codes have their own conditions (minimum order, dates, number of uses) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Orders

• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or the delivery address cannot be served. You then receive a full refund.
• You can cancel before the order is shipped by calling us; see our Returns & Refunds policy.
• Please give a correct name, mobile number and address. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

4. Delivery

5. Your data

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to help you with it, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for results from using a product against its label or your doctor's advice.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
