Shipping Policy

• Where we deliver: all serviceable PIN codes across India, through trusted courier partners.
• Dispatch: paid orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays).
• Delivery time: usually 2–4 working days in Bengaluru and Karnataka, and 3–7 working days elsewhere in India. Remote areas can take longer.
• Charges: any delivery charge is shown in your cart before you pay. Free delivery applies above the order value shown in the cart, when offered.
• Tracking: once shipped, your order page shows the courier name and tracking number. Keep the order link you receive after paying.
• Address: please make sure your address, PIN code and mobile number are correct. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or nobody being available, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (a second delivery charge may apply).
• Damaged parcel: if the outer package is open or damaged, please refuse it or record a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
